Weekly Message from Chief Emerson

Good Evening everyone, I would like to just share the weekly message our Shoshone Police Chief Marshall Emerson has shared with us this week.

Weekly Chief’s Message:

Hope this finds you all well.

A few safety tips, now that winter is headed our way. Don’t be a peep hole driver! Your windshields will have frost and snow on them in the Morning and later at night. Take the time scrape both tour windshield side windows, mirrors and back windshield.

Keep in mind that bridges, overpasses and intersections are icy, slow down and control your breaking when entering intersections, and going over bridges, etc.

Check your headlights, windshield wipers, and tires. You may also want to keep a blanket and some other items in your vehicle, should you become stranded or delayed on the road when sudden unexpected storms arise.

Wishing you a great weekend!

Best regards,
Chief Marshall R. Emerson
Shoshone Police Department
